Submitting an abstract

  • Presenting research data is an essential feature of this conference.

  • We invite delegates to submit an abstract (300 words: Introduction, Aims, Methodology, Results, Discussion/Conclusion) by Friday 13th April which will then be selected either for a 10-minute oral or poster presentation.

  • You will be informed regarding acceptance by Friday 20th April.

  • Selected abstracts will feature in our programme book and on the conference website.

  • We are prepared to accept a diverse range of abstracts which fit with the aims and subject matter of this conference. Some may contain scientific data, others may be more social science, opinion, personal experiences or consensus pieces.

  • We are prepared to accept work that has in part been presented elsewhere as long as this is acknowledged. We would prefer if duplicate abstracts have a revised title, modified contents and highlight different aspects of the research.
